A New Device Development On High-voltage Pulse Measurement For Railway Circuit

Track circuit is used to check whether there is a certain section of the train and vehicleoccupied by the device. Track circuit operation is stable and reliable is to determine theprimary factor in the safe operation of the train. High-voltage pulse track circuit, also knownas hypertension asymmetrical track circuit, used to solve the rail surface rust, sand and oiltrain shunt causing undesirable phenomenon, widely used in DC, AC and interval of thesection of the station. High-voltage pulse measurement table is asymmetrical pulse circuitspecial instrument to measure the pulse peak voltage asymmetry and asymmetric pulse trackcircuit voltage measurement.This paper studies the high-voltage pulse measurement table for the detailed design study,the main research contents are as follows:From the basic principle of track circuit introduces detailed type of track circuit, and thentrack circuit voltage pulse asymmetry elaborate, including asymmetric voltage pulse theworking principle and application advantages, then a mathematical model and its parametersthrough MALAB simulation for model calibration.Details of the high-voltage pulse meter design process, which includes hardware andsoftware design. Hardware key describes the central processor chip selection, the powercircuit, shaping filter circuit, the gain amplification circuit, RMS measuring circuit, the powersupply control circuit, the key circuit, the alarm circuit, a backlight control circuit and a liquidcrystal display circuit. At the same time part of the core circuitry to verify the accuracy of thesimulation of these circuits. Then introduces the idea of the various parts and functions of thesoftware design implementation process, and further explained with the flow chart logicimplemented in the software design process.The main function of the measurement table are tested.
