Physical and mechanical properties of Graded Broken Stone material werecomplicated,so it was difficult to reveal the dynamic characteristics through theory ofcontinuum mechanics and laboratory test methods.Hence, method and application ofnumerical simulation of dynamic triaxial test on graded broken stone was constructed on thebasis of Particle Flow Code,It has important theoretical significance.Numerical test method of dynamic triaxial test on graded broken stone was put forwardon the basis of PFC2D,Analysis of influence of test condition and micro mechanicalparameters on simulation result, The standard test conditions and micro mechanicalparameters calibration method was proposed, the microscopic mechanism was analyzed,Through the numerical simulation results and laboratory results were compared, numericaltest has been proved be reliable; Shakedown plastic deformation behavior of graded brokenstone was simulated with numerical test method,The stability limitition and critical breakingstress of graded broken stone was studied, Plastic deformation cumulative damage equation ofgraded broken stone was established;Pavement response of graded broken-stone intermediatelayer with semi-rigid base asphalt pavement was Analysed, Strength criteria which ControlPlastic deformation cumulative damage was studied;Finally,based on critical breakingstress,The graduation of graded broken-stone was optimized.
