| Hydraulic digital switch valve is famous for its simple structure and reliable performanceand can be used to control the hydraulic operation tools. The dynamic response characteristicis of great importance to the switch valve. This paper analyzed the electromagnet property andthe dynamic response characteristic of the switch valve.The static characteristic analysis of the electromagnet was conducted and the relationbetween the torque and the rotation angle was got. The characteristics of the plat-formedelectromagnet and the saw-toothed electromagnet were shown and the differences wereexplained.The method of the mixed model based on the finite element was selected. The couplinganalysis of the electronic-magnetic-mechanic-fluent modules of the switch valve was finishedand the mathematic model was established. After importing the results of the static magneticfield simulation into the mathematical model, the response curve was obtained and the effectsof the excitation voltage and the inlet pressure on the response characteristics were analyzed.The flow field of the switch valve was analyzed by the simulation and the reasonablenessof the flow channel was verified.The experiments of the unloaded flow characteristics, transient response, and impulseresponse were conducted to verify the sound characteristics of this certain valve. |
