Coal-based energystructure, in our country, determines the CO2emission reduction will be long-term,uniqueness and facing the grim situation. Control and reduce CO2emissions in the processof coal combustion is extremely urgent. Oxy-fuel combustion technology, as a newgeneration of clean coal combustion technology, not only can directly obtain highconcentration of CO2, but also can realize integrated control of coal pollutant emission.There will be great potential of development. The design research and development of fullsize power O2/CO2pulverized coal burner is one of the core problems in industrialapplication of the Oxy-fuel combustion technology, and it is also the research hot spot.Firstly, the paper introduces the principle of Oxy-fuel combustion technology,combustion characteristics and the emission characteristics of main pollutant, especially thecombustion characteristic. Combined with Oxy-fuel combustion theory and performanceand structural features of conventional swirl burner, the paper summarizes design basis ofDirectly-Oxygen-Supply swirl burner. Then according to the design coal and arrangementof burner, conduct the design calculation, mainly including the design of flue pipe, swirlerand flaring. According to the cold modeling theory, calculate the experimental parameter ofcold velocity field test.By measuring the burner export axial velocity field, backflow regionstatus and jet expansion angle, we select12groups of good condition and do the detailedmeasurement to research on the influence of the aerodynamic field when the vane angleinner secondary air, the duct flaring angle or the ratio of primary air and outside secondaryair change.The study shows that: when the secondary air blade angle is20o, measurementresults is better than that of50o. Changing the blade angle can adjust the mixing process ofoxygen and pulverized coal; The impact brought about by the duct flaring changes isrelatively complicated, appropriate flaring angle of inner secondary air should be chosen,for the primary air flaring angle should choose smaller value, and flaring angle of outsidesecondary air should not be too big preventing the produce of open backflow; A reasonable ratio of primary air and outside secondary air has very important influence onrecirculation zone condition as well as the airflow expansion angle, at the same time,powder system, pipeline resistance and so on various aspects of the influence should betaken into account to select the best matching. |
