It has great significance and broad value for the application of high frequency linear electromagnetic driving technology in fluid dynamics. Especily for biomedical fields, green fluid drive of environmental protection fields and small engine fuel system. Take the high frequency linear electromagnetic drive fuel injection pump as an example, which has many advantages, high transmission efficiency, simple structure, which makes it easier to process and assemble, and easier to apply the self-adaptive control of flow. However, the related theory research is still in the initial stage, there is not a complete and mature theory for the structure design, material selection, multidisciplinary field modeling simulation, this project tries to do some beneficial exploration.First of all, the paper puts forward the high frequency electromagnetism design method. Which describes the detailed structure design for the high frequency electromagnet through theoretical calculation and simulation. And material of was selected through a lot of Analysis, secondly, it is the CFD analysis of linear electromagnetism drive pump. The application of high frequency linear electromagnetic drive in fluid power will cause greater pressure fluctuation, flow pulse, cavitation and so on. Optimized the electromagnetic pump passageway by CFD software based on Cavitation erosion theory. Then, the simulation model of electricity, electromagnetic, Machinery, hydraulic was built. On the basis of the modeling and dynamic simulation, some key facts that affect its working is achieved. Finaly, it is the discription of experiment system, which tests the validity and feasibility of the above theory, The whole article provides a theoretical basis for the high frequency electromagnetic drive technology application in fluid power.The research above lay a foundation for the study of biomedical fields, green fluid drive of environmental protection fields and small engine fuel system.
