Piston pumps have a large number of applications in the modern industry,especially in the fields of agricultural machinery,transportation,oil extraction,etc.,but also have the advantages of high efficiency and high reliability.Electromagnetic pump is a kind of miniature pump with small volume and small quality.It has the characteristics of good dynamic characteristics and accurate flow output.It is widely used in aviation and home appliances.Based on the characteristics of both the plunger pump and the electromagnetic pump,a new electromagnetic pump structure is proposed: an electromagnetic force interactive plunger pump.The electromagnetic force interactive plunger pump can directly convert the electromagnetic energy into the linear motion energy of the plunger,which saves the intermediate transmission link,has the characteristics of compact structure,high efficiency,and has great development space.According to the principle of the electromagnetic force interaction plunger pump,the overall structure and dimension design of the electromagnetic force interactive plunger pump are studied.Based on this,the three-dimensional model of the interactive plunger pump is designed and the prototype is manufactured.The working principle of the interactive plunger pump is discussed.The parameters of the interactive gear are determined according to the relevant parameters and structural characteristics of the movement,and the strength is checked.When the interactive plunger pump is started,the plunger is subjected to force analysis and hydraulic distribution system work.The principle is explained.According to the overall structure and working principle of the electromagnetic force interaction plunger pump,the relevant structural parameters of the electromagnet are determined,and the electromagnet is initially calculated by using the electromagnetic theory and a traditional empirical formula,and the magnetic flux loop of the electromagnet is analyzed to determine the magnetic flux loop.Magnetoresistance is the main source.A three-dimensional model of the electromagnet is established in the simulation software,and the electromagnet related parameters are analyzed: the influence of the parameters such as the cushion groove,the magnetic separation ring,the armature diameter,and the armature length on the electromagnet force characteristics.According to the simulation results,the parameters affecting the force characteristics of the electromagnet are analyzed and optimized.The optimized structure of the electromagnet is remodeled and the force characteristics are analyzed.The maximum value of the electromagnetic force is 803.9N before the structure optimization.The electromagnetic force can be achieved after the structure is optimized.947.57 N,and design electromagnet force test stand with electromagnet structure parameters,and compare the simulation data with the test data.The consistency between the simulation data and the experimental data ensures the correctness of the simulation model.According to the optimized electromagnet force characteristics,the dynamics analysis of the plunger is performed.The continuous electrical condition and the stable cycle condition are analyzed respectively.The dynamic characteristics are analyzed for different output pressures to obtain the kinematic and dynamic parameters of the plunger.When the plunger pump is working at the maximum output pressure of 24 MPa,the frequency of the electromagnetic pump is 2.7798 Hz and the power-on time is 0.31 s.When the output pressure is 12 MPa,the frequency of the electromagnetic pump is 5.6027 Hz and the power-on time is 0.07 s,according to the output pressure.Different reasonable control of electromagnetic force interactive plunger pump power-on time,to ensure that the device runs smoothly.For the difference of output pressure,the section of the electromagnetic force of the plunger pump is compared to provide the basic theoretical basis for the transformation of the next prototype and optimization of the structural design.
