The dye-sensitized cell as a new generation of solar cell, materials simple, low-cost,simple process and large area manufacture, attract extensively attention. Thedye-sensitized cell has incomparable advantages compared with other solar cells. Butnow the efficiency of the dye-sensitized cell is low, how to improve the efficiency isimportant, and photonic crystal electrode is possible.In this paper, it mainly analogs photonic crystal’s effect of the reflected light andoptimizes the parameters. According to photonic crystal’s diffraction model, usingDifractMOD module analyses the reflectance of the different parameters of the photoniccrystal on the height of the photonic crystal, the diameter and duty cycle, respectively.When column structure’s height is80nm, cycle is450nm and diameter is300nm, thereflectance of the photonic crystals is35%; and when porous structure’s height is80nm,cycle is450nm and width is300nm, the reflectance of the photonic crystal is10%.When height is100nm, cycle is450nm and width is450nm, the highest reflectance ofthe photonic crystal is37%.This text mainly prepared titanium dioxide electrode and electrode of the zinc oxiderespectively. And using nanoimprint technology prepared diameter of300nm, deep of80nm columnar titanium dioxide films that prepared by powder coating. A10%increasein reflectance compared with the absence of the photonic crystal film in the range of400-1100nm, it’s similar to simulation results. Solve the preparation of themicro-structure on the micron level titanium dioxide film. And using nanoimprinttechnology prepared diameter of80nm, columnar zinc oxide thin film that made bygel-sol.
