Wind turbine transformer in transport and during operation are subject to differentvibration excitation the transformer connection rod by induced vibration prone to vibrationfatigue fracture problems affecting the long-term reliability of the transformer. In this thesis,wind turbine transformer composite connection rod to carry out dynamic modeling,vibration fatigue life analysis and experimental verification, based on the connection rodstructure improvement program and carry out related comparative testing and analysisconnection rod vibration in transport and operating conditions, thereby improving fatiguelife.The main research work and innovation is reflected in the following three areas:1、 Composite connection rod with unknown parameters, the premise does notaffect the turning segment copper structural fatigue stress analysis assumesthat the parameter method finite element model, based on the results ofexperimental modal material parameter modification, the establishment of acomposite material connecting rod accurate dynamic model;2、 In order to simulate transport conditions Accelerated fatigue test conditions,simulation analysis of the connection rod vibration fatigue life, designacceleration of vibration fatigue test, the accuracy of the experimentalverification of the simulation results, the results show that the connection rodin the transport and vibration fatigue life of the operating conditions do notsatisfy the requirements;3、 Based on the vibration fatigue life simulation results of the connection rodstructure improvement program, using vibration acceleration the fatigueexperiments confirmed that the connecting rod fatigue life can be increased to70%. In this thesis, an improved connection rod structure has been used wind turbinetransformers, related products have been exported sales and application of wind powerplants in North America.
