At present, according to the principle, the type of potentiostat mainly include magnetic saturation type, SCR, high power transistor type, high-frequency switching type and other different forms of potentiostats. Among them, magnetic saturation type and SCR are Widely used at home and abroad, these types of potentiostat all have several shortcomings such as large volume, low efficiency and little accuracy. So the thesis adopt power electronics and other advanced technologies to design a new type of intelligent digital potentiostat, which can offer constant output and adjustable output.Combine the requirements of the cathodic protection power, carry out of the system diagram of the potentiostat. According to the requirements of the functional design, the hardware circuit is divided into DC-DC converter, AD conversion, DA converter, RS485communication, and other different sub-modules. Then analyze and design of the specific circuit of each functional sub-module. Among them, the main circuit focuses on the design of the DC-DC converter based on SG3525. The control circuit adopt ATmegal6as the main chip, which is the8-bit AVR microcontroller. The system can realize sampling, automatic alarming and so on, without human intervention, to achieve a better protective effect. |
