Starting from the background and current situation of potentiostat,the modification of the front end of electrochemical sensor was taken as the research object.The hardware and software design of the potentiostat and the software design of the PC software of the portable potentiostat system were introduced,which could be applied to the rapid cyclic voltammetric electrochemical detection of trace characteristics of various concentrations in the field of food safety.In this paper,a portable potentiostat system based on electrochemical parameter analysis was designed and implemented,and it was used in the electrochemical detection experiments based on bare electrode and complex modified electrode.The main work is as follows:A portable potentiostat system based on STM32 microcontroller and QT C++ framework was proposed and designed.The system included three electrode system,portable potentiostat and PC software.The electrochemical cyclic voltammetry measurement and the processing and analysis of the measurement results were realized.The portable potentiostat was controlled by STM32 microcontroller.Its signal conversion was realized by AD5760 and AD7172-2,which are high precision and high linearity conversion chips,and ADA4350,which is the analog front-end chip for weak signal detection.It used HC-06 Bluetooth module to transmit the electrochemical detection data.At the same time,we compiled the software program of the lower computer,combined with the hardware module,and realized the portable cyclic voltammetry measurement through five software functions.Based on QT creator 4.5.0 integrated development environment,the PC software was developed with QT C++ framework.PC software could be divided into five modules in function and main operation interface.In the data processing module,the denoising,filtering,curve fitting,baseline solution as well as peak position and peak height calculation were realized.For the middle process of complex modified electrode detection,dynamic peak position adjustment algorithm was used for processing and optimization.Compared with CHI760 E electrochemical workstation,the relative deviation of the system was ? 4.99%,and the relative standard deviation was ? 0.020%,which showed that the accuracy and stability of the system were good.Therefore,vitamin B2 application experiment was taken as the representative experiment based on bare electrode electrochemical detection,and E.coli application experiment was taken as the representative experiment based on complex modified electrode electrochemical detection.These two representative experiments were used to explain the performance and effect of portable potentiostat system.Combined with data sheets and figures,the peak height of cyclic voltammetric curve and concentration of target analyte were further analyzed.The results showed that the system could be applied to the electrochemical detection of bare electrode and complex modified electrode quickly,efficiently and accurately,and had great detection potential and market value in the field of food safety due to its advantages of miniaturization,portability and intelligence.
