South-to-north water transfer project is a major measure for the time and space allocationof china’s water resource.In this project, the quality of the cement paver effectwhether the projectwork well directly. However, most of large cement paving equipmentin china is from foreigncountry. The rare products’ structure and performance of our country are not well because thelack of analytical computing and high-tech support. Thebad situation lead to the strength of someplaces is too strong or too weak and the waste of resources, even cause a lot of security risk onprojects.In order to research the pound vibration performance of concrete paver, we use the Adamssoftware and simulate for vibration system.We watch the model’s basic movementin the processof simulation. Through the simulation process and result data analysis, obtained thecorresponding vibration frequency curve, verified the correctness of the vibrating system design.The finite element is a totally new technology which breaks the traditional concept. Afterthe static analysis of the cement paver based on the finite, the result show some places of theframe overstress.The modle analysis show the frame is not to interfere with the cement vibrator.Have a study of the cement paver frame through the structure optimization, In thepremise of design requirements its overall weight is dropped by18%.
