This paper describes the design and implementation of Cloud Manufacturing Service Platformfor Small and Medium Enterprises for large-scale collaborative manufacturing service resourcesystem in the manufacturing industry of small and medium-sized enterprises. After verification, theplatform to improve the car and motorcycle lamps and lanterns, the applicability of the reaviewmirror, plastic parts and general mechanical components research, development and large-scaleproduction and steel oil transport pipe and other fields and improve the collaborative allocationefficiency, so as to realize the information service resources.First of all, the paper on the survival status of SMEs and the actual business problems and makeanalysis and research, on this basis, combined with the actual situation of the characteristics ofSMEs, as well as the domestic and international research for cloud manufacturing, transformationgives the transaction "object".Then, this paper puts forward and analyzes the key technology of the Cloud ManufacturingService Platform for Small and Medium Enterprises: the ability to supply active matching engine,transaction logic engine, cooperative transaction credit evaluation engine, business managementlogic engine, and based on the demand and supply of power supply and demand established activematching and unique transaction collaborative logic strong, then to achieve authentication thealgorithm adopts "Arman" model, the processing manufacturing services business process processor,the business logic in the small and medium enterprises to meet the best, cross-industry large-scalecollaborative manufacturing conditions, solve the resource funds, technology, personnel andequipment, lack of, utilization of test equipment for processing new product senior personnel,improve the small and medium-sized the originality of design or plan, make manufacturingenterprises, product design and manufacturing capability and technology innovation ability is themost big promotion.In addition, this paper analyzes the design and implementation of cloud manufacturing serviceplatform for each function module of the system of small and medium enterprises, completed thedesign of service resource trading process in s small and medium manufacturing enterprises, theplatform is divided into eight function modules are: enterprise registration module, enterprise usermanagement module, resource management module, service business process management module,order management module, news management module, industry knowledge module, creditevaluation module. In the analysis process, using work flow diagram, UML diagram, E-R diagram ofdata analyzed business process analysis, functional analysis, structure of the platform, provides thebasis for software development and service platform system maintenance.Finally, based on the eight function modules, designs the system interface service platform andoperation method are designed. Active matching service resource allocation optimization of theenterprise users through the use of cloud search and ability to supply and demand, not only improvethe service efficiency of resource use, but also small and medium-sized enterprises for making fulluse of resources and sharing, enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
