In the 21 st century,the world has entered a period of rapid development.The manufacturing industry needs to be focused as an important evaluation basis for the National power.At present,the contradiction of uneven distribution of manufacturing resources exists in the entire manufacturing industry.This phenomenon not only affects the development process of China's manufacturing industry,but also seriously affects the development direction of the future manufacturing industry.In order to solve the above contradictions,the cloud manufacturing model emerges as the times require.This model builds an environment that manufacturing resources are fully shared.On this basis,matching is performed to achieve efficient use of manufacturing resources.Manufacturing resource matching is an important support for cloud manufacturing and is currently a research hotspot.However,the current research ignores the serious development contradictions faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in this process.Many small and medium-sized enterprises' manufacturing resources are frequently eliminated in the matching process due to problems such as their production capacity and low degree of synergy.Therefore,this paper is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the manufacturing resources' characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises and the manufacturing resource matching methods in cloud manufacturing environment.This paper proposes a matching method for manufacturing resources for small and medium-sized enterprises in the cloud manufacturingFirstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and proposes a matching method of manufacturing resources for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.And the matching method of manufacturing resources was carried out from the perspective of demand side and provider side.Secondly,the optimization of manufacturing resources from the perspective of the demand side is divided into two stages.In the primary selection stage,the characteristics of manufacturing resources of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are analyzed.This paper establishes a manufacturing resource screening process that considers evaluation constraints,so that the primary selection can obtain a set of candidate manufacturing resources that meet the requirements,while retaining a certain number of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the candidate manufacturing.And the complexity of post-selection calculation is reduced.In the selection stage of manufacturing resources,a selection index system and selection model of manufacturing resources considering collaborative production were constructed,and an improved MOEA/D-PSO algorithm solving model was proposed to obtain the optimal manufacturing resource combination.Based on the above,the optimization of manufacturing resources for small and medium-sized enterprises is completed.Then,the optimization choice of manufacturing demand from the supply side perspective is divided into two phases.In the primary selection stage,this paper establishes a manufacturing demand screening process that considers the evaluation constraints to obtain a candidate manufacturing demand set,thereby reducing the complexity of the selected calculations In the selection stage,the supply side's own production capacity is used as a limitation,and the demand performance evaluation index system,the selection model and the solution algorithm of the manufacturing demand side are proposed.Based on this,the optimization choices for the manufacturing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises were completed,and the manufacturing resources matching for small and medium-sized enterprises was finally completed.Finally,through the simulation calculation and comparative analysis of the example,the feasibility and superiority of this method for small and medium-sized enterprises are verified.
