The best mole ratio which can mix proportion of cabroxylic acid superplasticier wasacrylamide(AM): acrylic acid(AA): methoxy polyethylene glycol acrylate(F108):=0.3:2.0:1by orthogonal experiment and subsequent one-component impact experiments。The optimized experiment conditions were adding the a certain amount of deionizedwater and large monomer into the boiling flask-3-neck, Adding the maleic anhydride andthe same time Stirring constantly, making sure the Reaction system would heat up to60℃,Ammonium sulfate solution, acrylic acid and acrylamide were drip into the reaction system,While adding a0.45%acrylic sulfonic acid sodium and0.45%H2O2, in2.0%sulphuric acidamine molecular reaction initiator conditions4.5hours, after the reaction, with35%sodiumhydroxide solution synthesis in order to adjust PH of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer andmake sure the concentration of the liquid would be40%.It can be seen the carboxyl (—COOH), Sulfonic acid base (—SO3H), ether base (—O—), Ester base (O—C—O) by infrared spectrum carboxyl, so the experiment compound thepolycarboxylic acid superplasticizer successfully. Although the polycarboxylic acidsuperplasticizer was good adaptability for cement,it also was affected by type, composition,fineness of cement. The polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has the little slump loss andcement can keep the plasticity in the long period of time. The polycarboxylic acidsuperplasticizer can enhance Flexural strength and compressive strength becase of High waterreducing rate and Reducing the water cement ratio effectively.When using the sodium gluconate or cyclodextrin waste with the polycarboxylic acidsuperplasticizer can retard Cement hydration by the experiment, what is more, Cement netthick liquid flow degree was improved, the Cement’s dispersivity and the ability of keepingthe dispersivity were enhanced.
