Control Techniques And Supervise Policy Study Of Bus Driver Fatigue Driving

A large number of research results show that driving behavior is closelyrelated with traffic accidents, and one important reason of these accidents isfatigue driving. So the research on fatigue driving is feasible and essential togovern traffic accident. This file attempts to do research on regulatorytechnology of fatigue driving, to form management measures of fatigue drivingand offer some policy suggestions for further managements of road transportsafety.By summarizing domestic and overseas researching techniques andachievements, this paper analyzed the process, symptom, cycle, fundamentalsand hazard of fatigue driving, and researched on drivers’ operation behavior tovarying degrees of tiredness. With a detailed discussion about the formation ofperception, judge and operation fatigue, it reveals drivers’ physiology andpsychological changes while having fatigue, and it establishes generation modelof fatigue driving based on drivers’ arousal level.Based on the acquisition technology of characteristics information andanalytical methods of driving behavior, it forms the indicator system ofcharacteristic of fatigue driving. By software and hardware design of monitoringsystem for vehicles and drivers, and using3G communications technology, wehas developed a feature extracting and integrated remote monitoring system,which collects information with CAN bus about operating status of vehicle,warning signal by alert device, GPS location, and the receiving, analyzing and processing of video information from remote monitor. Also the function of thesystem can be extended to achieve regulatory techniques of fatigue driving.Through the comparative research on domestic and overseas regulatorypolicies about fatigue driving, we put fatigue driving regulation techniques intouse comprehensively, forming the fatigue driving regulatory policy partially andparticipating in its writing.And eventually, put forward new policy suggestion.
