The virtual cellular production (VCM) is a new type of production organization formdeveloped on the traditional cellular manufacturing model, it broke through the difficultreconstruction of the traditional cell limit, build a cell in the logical sense, with theability to dynamically adjust the production system. For large and complex one-piecemanufacturing enterprises, in the face of today’s increasingly fierce and ever-changingneeds of the market environment, research virtual cellular production (VCM)applications is of great significance. The organic integration of the enterprise and Thevirtual cellular production (VCM), depending on the effective production planningsystem. Combination of push and pull production planning not only meets thechanging needs of the task, but also greater extents the advantages of VCM to achievethe dynamic adjustment and real-time monitoring So, the VCM of push-pullcombination plan method is necessary for enterprise actual production.Taking into account the characteristics of large and complex single-pieceproduction enterprises, this paper constructed the VCM planning system frameworkbased on the combination of push-pull method, synthesized theoretical ideas andtechnology method of push production planning, pull production planning, theory ofconstraints (TOC), and VCM. And explain the production planning system under thenew form of production organization in detail. New system framework consists of twolevels at different stages of the push-pull combination of strategy, its main features are:shop floor production plans span from the resource requirements of the workshopmaster production schedule which starts from the analysis to the virtual cell, finish tocomplete the join link bottleneck resources production planning and virtual cellbuilding integration, pull bottleneck resources leading process planning and processpush the rear guide plan as production order input to the cell building, and thengenerate virtual cells, improve the utilization of bottleneck resources while ensuringthe cell logistics balancing and load balancing; cell layer of the production control,using the horizontally integrated hybrid production system (HIHPS), to control theinventory costs and tardiness costs as the goal, setting the appropriate push-pullswitching position in the virtual cell processing path, and setting different kanban andsafety stock for each process stage, achieve the goal of effective job scheduling andreducing production costs of the virtual cell production process. In order to verify the production plan of the VCM based on combination of pushand pull method in large complex single piece of enterprise, in this paper, ashipbuilding enterprise tube processing workshop production management carried outa detailed introduction, then apply the VCM push-pull combined production planningmethod into the processing workshop, put forward the corresponding improvementplan Last, compared the effect of the improvement with original method, the resultsshow the feasibility and effectiveness of the improvement proposals.
