The concrete pump is construction equipment that transports the concrete by virtue of press through the piping and it can continuously transport the concrete horizontally and vertically. It can realize the pump transport and concrete agitation continuously by corresponding with concrete produce and pump construction, and using the concrete agitation truck to transport the concrete. Deeply studying concrete pump has important significance for accelerating quickly development of concrete pump in our country.This paper use the hydraulic system of concrete pump as the study aim, use modeling method of the power bond graphs and establish the power bond graphs model of hydraulic system, then on this base transform the power bond graphs model to the dynamic math model. And then combine the dynamic equation of hydraulic system with the Simulink toolbox of engineer software MATLAB. The dynamic equations of the hydraulic sysytem are transformed into the simulation program of Simulink. By this way, the computer simulation model of hydraulic system of concrete pump is established, and then run the simulation program. The proper simulation result will obtain by adjust the part parameter of hydraulic system continuously. Accordingly, it provides the availability reference for the hydraulic system design and optimize. Adopting the software SolidWorks, this paper establishes the models of push-pull mechanism. And also transmits them to the software ADAMS, and brings restriction between all parts to bear to establish the subschema dummy machine. Then making use of the ADAMS/Hydraulic subschema to establish the hydraulic system of this machine. By execute component, you can relate the hydraulic system with the mechanical model. Then carry through multiply rigid body mechanics imitation. So the important parameters of the working process are available. By the analyzing the result, this paper educes the stress distributing and the distortion. In addition, this paper improves on the hydraulic system by this method. The improve system commendably avoids the shortcoming, for example, impulsion, surging, odds stress and so on. Finally, applied the simulation result which can be available from ADAMS to the cylinder and make a lineate analysis. So we can see the distributing situation of stress and strain.Practice indicate, modeling based on feature and Virtual Prototyping Technology are used in deeply studying the push-pull mechanism of concrete pump, have the important guidance significance to their design and manufacture. At the same time, the idea and means of studying have leading meaning and practicality value to research and develop excellent mechanical product.
