Area is located in the north shore of Zhengding Hutuohe currently, At present,Shijiazhuang city is located in the south of it all. Therefore, the Shijiazhuang municipalParty committee, city hall from domestic and foreign advanced experience, combined withthe practical situation of Shijiazhuang, made a major strategic decision which is the NorthCross Hutuo River,definiting new construction. Because of the sedimentary environmentand sediment varied greatly across the north shore, very few high-rise buildings,prospecting and engineering experience,widely distributed in the sand soil dynamicscharacteristics is an important issue related to the future security of Zhengding New Areabuildings. Since2009, the Hebei provincial government put forward definite newconstruction, in2010the new districts to start area planning,survey,design and constructionbegin to start.In this thesis, the starting area for the District definite target, the geologicalhydrogeology, drilling, soil testing and other information as the basis for dynamic torsionaltests, the critical void ratio static triaxial test results as a basis for Hutuohe north shorefloodplain and terraces, we study on dynamic characteristics of loose widespreaddistribution of sand, From the soil under dynamic load stress, strain time relationship,namely "soil dynamic constitutive relation of sand",we study on dynamic strengthproperties,pore water pressure, dynamic stress-strain relationship characteristics. On thisbasis,we analyz sand liquefaction features, explore the factors affecting soil liquefactionliquefaction given a reasonable criterion, then put forward saturated sandy foundationtreatment plan recommendations.
