Since the reform and opening,level of bridge construction in our country,especiallyin large and medium-sized Bridges has made remarkable development.Large-scalebridge although there are many examples,but about large bridge constructionmonitoring and finite element analysis technology,and is worth further research andperfect.In order to ensure the safety of bridge structure,and improve the constructionquality and provided the necessary reference for the similar bridge constructionmonitoring research.Based on a large suspension bridge as the research object,this paper detailedintroduced the question proposed background,the development conditions of thesuspension bridge,suspension bridge’s main characteristics and development prospects,the importance of bridge construction monitoring, the bridge,s construction-controlmethods and content,analyzes the bridge construction monitoring influencingfactors.This large suspension bridge was introduced in detail the constructionmonitoring and finite element analysis,this paper using software MIDAS/Civil finiteelement model of the bridge is simulated,and established the whole model of the wholebridge,calculation of each construction stage in the process of construction deflection,internal force and linear structure,provide theoretical calculated value for the stressmeasurement and linear control and structure of state estimates.In this paper,the research process based on the construction monitoring of concretevolume,bracket deformation,bridge pile load monitoring and prestressed tensioningbeam deformation monitoring,monitoring,tower cable force monitoring,tower LiangYingli monitoring,temperature monitoring,etc.Working condition of the finite elementanalysis and calculation according to the division to bridge construction procedure,construction phase can be mainly divided into bridge tower construction,cast-in-situconcrete girder,cat road construction,the saddle in place,the main cable erection,cable clamp,sling installation and tensioning stage,dismantle catwalks,bridge deckpavement and ancillary facilities construction and operation phases;Contents includestiffening girder pre cast high calculation,sling tensioning sequence classification andtension stress calculation (sling tension in the process,main girder longitudinal beamstress,deformation and main cable shape will produce change,calculate and determinethe sling tensioning order,tension,to ensure that the tension stress of the girderlongitudinal beam not overrun,into a bridge tower,beam,linear and internal force ofmain cable comply with the design requirements),the main cable each constructionstage axial force and linear calculation,each construction stage stiffening girder internalforce and linear calculation,each construction stage main tower at the top of the columnoffset calculation,internal force and cable tower,girder compression compensationquantity calculation,saddle bias,pusher value calculation,this article only to monitorcable tower,girder and main cable is analyzed.According to the analysis of construction monitoring and measured values and thecalculated value is verified the rationality and the accuracy of simulation calculation,at the same time proved that the bridge construction and safe and reliable monitoringmethod.The unique of large suspension bridge construction technology,its constructiontechnology,a large number of construction monitoring data analysis model and finiteelement simulation results,for the same type of bridge construction monitoring toprovide certain reference....
