Because of the accuracy in precise temperaturemeasurement, it has been treated as the definition of international temperature scale. With thecontinuous development and improvement of technology and manufacturing technique, therequirement of the thermodetector is getting higher and higher. Nowadays, Platinumresistance thermometer obtains a higher accuracy and the stability is also better. There are anumber of detecting instruments that aim at temperature measuring in the market now, what’smore, their production levels are improving continuously on both of the workmanship and theaccuracy of measurement. However, it’s very expensive to get the temperature of highprecision detector. The purpose of this design is to produce a high precision temperaturemeasurement system which possesses a high performance as well as a low cost by applyingthe regular temperature sensor, the electronic and computer technology that are getting moreand more mature.This project designed and realized the high precision platinum resistance thermometer tosatisfy the continuous improved requirements of thermometry on industry. The paper firstoutlined the research background and significance of the high precision platinum resistancetemperature measurement instrument, and also the research status and the main function.Based on these descriptions, the paper raised the overall design scheme of the high precisionplatinum resistance temperature measurement instrument as well as the relevant parameterand the principle and method of measurement. In the second place, the paper also completedthe design of hardware circuit by using the C8051F340as a Visual Processing Unit and somedevices like real-time clock, storage, liquid crystal, button, power supply, serial interface, etc.Moreover, combined with the hardware platform, this paper put forward the overall design ofthe software system and provided program design process of each module also someimplementation codes. At last, this paper took a system debugging for the thermodetectorwhich reached the expected target and proved a certain practical value. |
