Aircraft flying in the process of working state is directly related to between the successor failure of the flight test,and temperature as one of the main parameters of aircraftperformance, which is an important factor influencing the system that can work stable andreliable.For this, we need to design a precision temperature measurementsystem.Meanwhile,the modern industrial control temperature field about measurementaccuracy, reliability, stability of temperature measurement system is also put forward higherrequirements. Therefore, the design of multi-channel high precision temperature measurementand storage system has important significance for the aerospace business development andstudy of temperature measurement technology.Subject in order to achieve the purpose of the key parts of the aircraft precisiontemperature measurement, the design of multi-channel high precision temperature storagesystems. Analysis the function of the system need to implement, and puts forward the overallscheme of storage system. First of all, Then choose PT100platinum resistance and K typethermocouple as the temperature sensor, choose the microcontroller STM32as the maincontrol chip, with high precision AD analog-digital converters for the output of thetemperature detection circuit. and the RC filter circuit designed to regulate the temperaturesignal filtering, resulting in hardware to improve the measurement accuracy of thetemperature measurement system. Second,aiming at the characteristics of temperature sensornonlinear, polynomial fitting by the least squares method, the dichotomy of the look-up tableapproach to temperature measurement of the nonlinear are corrected and compensated, furtherimprove the precision of temperature measurement system from software. Finally, theperformance of experiments, designed to test the temperature of the storage system, andanalyze the many factors that affect the accuracy of temperature measurement.The tests show that the system can satisfy the demand for temperature measurement in the process of thermal test. The system not only can be well used in telemetry systems, butalso can be applied to industrial areas that requiring higher requirements for temperature.
