In recent years, with the rapid development of global electronic informationindustry, DC-DC switching converter is widely used in the areas of the national defenseand civilian electronic industry. So the study of DC-DC switching converter is one ofthe core research content in the field of power electronics. However, because theDC-DC switching converter is a strongly nonlinear system and the study of themodeling method is a relatively complex difficulty. Although domestic and foreignscholars has obtained certain research results in the modeling method of DC-DCswitching converter, but most of them have certain limitation which people oftenignore, it is easy to cause the analysis not accurate. So it is necessary to conduct thethorough research to the limitations of commonly used modeling methods, and explorenew train of thought of modeling method.Firstly, using state space average method and three terminal switching devicemodel method, time average of equivalent circuit model respectively for the Boostconverter working in continuous current mode (CCM). The mathematical model ofthree ways is consistent with each other, and the simulation results and the actual circuitworking under different frequencies of the results are compared. Then the limitations oftraditional ideal switch converter modeling method of specific performance. Then, in order to verify the impact of the traditional ideal switch converter modelingto circuit analysis, integrated use of three end modeling and the method of conservationof energy for the Boost converter working in continuous current mode (CCM) and theparasitic parameters of components are considered. Steady-state and dynamicsmall-signal analysis are discussed based on the derived models. Finally it is concludedthat the importance of considering the parasitic parameters of components whenmodeling, and the effect of the parasitic parameters to the dynamic performance of thesystem. Finally, in order to be able to use the principle of equivalent small parametermethod for the analysis of steady-state ripple size of DC-DC switching converter, inthis paper, take the circuit switch component as a breakthrough point and use timeaverage method of equivalent circuit model, then the switching elements are taken placeby equivalent controlled source. And through the column to write circuit equation ismore convenient and effective to building the mathematical model of the the system. Soit solved well DC-DC switching converter ripple analysis difficult problem.
