Towns and villages in cold regions water purification system due to lowtemperature in winter, no heating measures and other reasons, on the one hand, thesystem water quality cannot be guaranteed, on the other hand, will cause the waterstructure itself has varying degrees of frost heave phenomenon. In this paper, theabove problem, the analysis of the composition of water purification systems incold regions, based on respect for the northern towns and villages to the watertreatment process, made with straw boiler combined solar heating system, toimprove the internal structure of the reaction temperature, in order to meet northerntowns’ water treatment requirements. This paper mainly CFD simulation softwaretools for the analysis, combined with field research, verify the feasibility of thesystem in cold areas.Firstly, the subject can be used for cold areas of towns and villages to filterwater structure type analysis to determine the clarifier and biofilter purification withcold water systems in towns as the main processing components. A medium-sizedtown in the investigation of the general characteristics of water, based on detailedcalculations clarifier and biofilter dimensions, and its temperature parameters ofqualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the water structure in cold regionsoperating temperature: Biological filter above15℃, clarifiers above10℃Secondly, based on solar radiation and solar collectors basic theoreticalknowledge, this paper designed a cold area of towns and villages for water structurewarming systems, solar collectors used in parallel with straw boiler heating systemwater structure way for warming, the system through the heat exchanger coil heattransfer to the water structure, heat exchanger coil inside the heat transfer mediumpasses through the biofilter, clarifier, and then return to heat sources. Meanwhile,different weather conditions, with the control system, the heat source and theheating mode of operation to adjust the operating parameters of slip, in order toachieve the desired temperature requirements structures.Thirdly, this paper established a water purification system structures warmingphysical model and for different research using different physical models and boundary conditions. Using the Fluent software structures within and surroundingsoil to simulate the temperature field, and the water structure of heating, insulationthickness, the heating temperature and other parameters to analyze the impact onthe system calculation.Finally, we select the Harbin area surrounding villages of January month ascalculated using simulated data obtained structures for water purification systems tocalculate the amount of heat; through theoretical derivation of the formula forsolving the most unfavorable month of solar collector area, solar guaranteed rateand straw boiler heat load. And then we can determine the system in differentmonths of the solar collector and the proportion of straw boiler heating and solarfraction of the system’s energy efficiency, reliability analysis.With the rural drinking water quality requirements for the improvement ofrural water treatment in cold regions tend stringent process requirements, theproposed structures Cold water warming system will enable water structure systemclarifiers biofilter temperature meet the water treatment requirements, researchresults have certain theoretical significance and engineering promotional value.
