Suspension bridge is elegant, strong spanning ability, etc, It is usually adopted typealternatives for more than km span bridges. For km below the existing about anchorageof suspension Bridges structure cost ratio improve, address conditions adverse to buildanchor and so on many difficulties limits the construction of suspension bridge. Sincethe anchor type suspension bridge to solve the above problems, the main cable anchoreson the stiffening girder save anchorage structure. Especially in the city of small andmedium span Bridges, it becomes the most competitive bridge type. Since the anchortype suspension bridge in the1990s in China started to now only a dozen years ofhistory, it is still very limited on the related research of anchor suspension bridge.especially since the anchor of the construction process of suspension Bridges iscomplex, and decides whether it can meet the design into a state of bridge. Based on theactual bridge as the research background for the following research:Application of analytic algorithm to calculate main cable shape. Deducecomputational formula into the completion state of bridge main cable shape usingsegmental catenary method. piecewise parabolic method. piecewise linear method andthe traditional calculation formula of parabola method and compare the calculationresult. constant unstressed length principle is used to calculate main cable empty cableshape. cable clamp lofting coordinate. derrick blanking length, etc. discuss the problemof conservation of mass computation process.Derive eight yuan nonlinear equations to calculate of cable saddle tangent point byusing the mechanics of main cable and cable saddle place geometry. accurately calculatecable saddle position design and cable cable saddle tangent point. Analyse the positionalrelation between theory vertex of main cable and the center of cable saddle,these arenot the same during the changing of cable saddle position, calculating formula isderived.Discuss empty line state of cable saddle deviator design problems. Analyseconditions meeting main tower safety and strand erection smoothly on initialconstruction state. Put forward in advance within a reasonable range of cable saddlepartial as small as possible without even partial solution, set up temporary supportframe the empty cable erection on the use of scattered sling structure when erecting main cable, the reasonable position of supporting frame is calculated accurately toassure the accurate strand erection.Use large finite element program for the anchor type suspension bridge derricktensioning construction process simulation. Compare different schemes by usingdifferent tensioning order a completed goal of turn and two wheel tensioning, resultsshow that through more rounds tensioning can reduce boom tension in the process ofconstruction but tensioning efficiency reduces. Analyse the mechanical property ofderricks during the installing process of tensioning and the tensioning process afteranchorage. Put forward the traction tension method and part of the boom repeatedtensioning method to make the plan better, it is proved effectual through practicalverification.
