Taking the Liede Bridge in Guangzhou as project background and according to the data of construction drawing design, the thesis builds a complete finite element model which includes completed bridge model, forward analysis model and backward analysis model in detail by using the finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL. The purpose is to discuss the cable force optimization of Liede Bridge and to study the force condition of structure in the process of construction.Firstly, the research status at home and abroad of the self-anchored suspension bridge is introduced. Then author explores the nonlinear influence of self-anchored suspension bridge in different stages and also studies the calculating analysis method of main cable and stiffening girder in the finished bridge state. Besides, the Analysis Method for determining initial equilibrium condition of self-anchored suspension bridge is discussed too. Secondly, combined with the ripe experience of suspender tension and cable tension, the thesis not only analyzes reasonable suspender cable force, construction control factors of suspender tension and method to suspender tension, but also researches the mechanical properties of suspender cable and main cable in the process of suspender tension. At last, the force situation of stiffening girder, main cable and suspender cable in Liede Bridge is analyzed by using forward analysis method and backward analysis method.Through analyzing above problem, author overall understands static characteristics of self-anchored suspension bridge and masters the method to analyze large bridge by using finite element software.
