As a typical construction technology, full framing has been applied in the field ofbuilding concrete continuous girder bridge. As the rapid development of our country inrecent years, there are more and more constructions of urban overpasses and bridgesover roads and rivers, the same time, longer and longer span. But in some cases, someengineering accidents, expecially the scaffolding collapse, happen frequently becausethe key points of construction technology cannot be studied strictly. Because of so, inorder to Fan He Yi Qiao in the New Tie Ling as the background, this paper researchwhat is the monolithic construction technology for long-span pretressed concretecontinuous box girder bridge through the theory analysis and engineering practice.Through referring to the abundant literatures about computational models offalsework, the construction plan is set and carried out. And through using MIDAS/Civil2010, I have build the whole bridge model for Fan He Yi Qiao in new Tieling city,meanwhile, analysis and study the interact with each other between bridge andfalsework under the action of temperature load, prestressed tensioning and shrinkage ofconcrete. In addition, the optimizations in many aspects ensure a smooth, safe andstable construction.On the other hand, this paper introduces the monitoring system of Fan He YiQiao from the temperature field in the box girder, stress changes of the box girder andthe influences of encironment temperature to the box girder. In addition, monitoring ofthe elecation in the whole process is an important part.
