In recent years, with the continuous development of tourism economy, peopletravel demand is growing, the existing road network is difficult to meet the demand ofrapid development of tourism. Show the depth of the highway network access is notenough, the lack of system of tourism resources in the area of consideration, not form asystem of tourism network, poor accessibility of tourism resources. The presence ofthese problems seriously restrict the rapid development of the regional tourism industry,so the tourism resources, the integration of development and construction of highwaynetwork optimization study is very necessary, this article put forward the considerationof tourism resource accessibility of highway network layout optimization research alsobecame the tourism and transport need to be considered in the process of developmentand problems to be solved.Firstly on the basis of the investigation data of tourist traffic demand areexpounded, according to the travel demand analysis of the influencing factors of thetourist traffic demand forecasting and distribution methods and models, put forward thedefinition of regional road network reasonable development scale, through the analysison the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used prediction method of roadnetwork scale are, on the basis of this puts forward a improved reasonable scaleforecasting method, using this model combined with other forecasts for the combinationforecast method of highway network scale, for the follow-up work to provide the data topredict. In determining the scale of highway network, on the basis of comprehensiveconsideration road traffic demand and supply ability, factors such as the overall roadnetwork operation efficiency and service level, construct the new grade structureoptimization goal, confirm the reasonable grade of the road network structure.Considered in analysis of tourism resources of accessibility of highway networklayout optimization, on the basis of introduction of highway network optimizationbi-level programming models, determine to highway construction cost the mostprovinces, the smallest and largest travel demand and road network system resistancetourist road network accessibility optimal travel and user optimal model for theoptimization of the goal, the whole road network operation to achieve the optimal effect.Application of linear weighted sum method the bi-level programming model istransformed into single objective optimization model, genetic algorithm is introducedand with the help of a software solution of the route of highway network optimizationare given. This optimization method integrated highway network and the tourismresources development and utilization, as a supplement of highway network planning.In heilongjiang province as an example, to verify the rationality of the highway network optimization model, and application analysis, draw the result of the highway networklayout optimization, for the future development of highway construction in heilongjiangprovince to provide theoretical basis and quantity.
