| With the booming of modern building industry, tower cranes are widely applied inbuilding industry due to its numerous advantages. However the special structure andworking type of tower crane make enormous safety hidden danger which may causeserious troubles. Therefore we should monitor the parameter of operation and structuresecurity in the procession.In this thesis, the author starts to analysis from typical operation status, then designthe overall program of monitoring for tower crane, including the monitoring ofoperating status, dynamic strain monitoring of structure, the analysis system design ofsafety warning etc. According to monitoring parameters, the structure and circumstanceof tower crane, the author determine the size of sensor and the way of installation,selecte the key monitoring point of its structure, then detail exposition about analysissystem of safety warning.The monitoring system of tower crane status is developed on monitoringparameters, it adopt modular hardware design which includes: monitoring of workingstatus, monitoring of dynamic strain, power supply, LCD, wireless communication etc.On the design of lower machine, the author aim every module to draw programflowcharts and compile the driver. Under this condition, the PCB board which wasdesigned, welded and debugged by the author works well. The analysis system of PCsecurity warning is designed for the key algorithm which is used for estimating thefatigue life of tower crane structure, as well as statue security analysis algorithm, thedisplay window of PC statue, the estimation of structure life and so on.The test prove the reliability of the monitoring system, and the author use PCsoftware to analysis experimental data, then get the trace estimate fatigue life of eachstrain measurement point. |
