As important in the modern construction of tower crane lifting equipment?Thestructure safety and reliability of the fatigue resistance of steel structure is an importantindex of construction site safety.The working process of the tower crane mainly includesthe hoisting?derricking and slewing. Inaddition, tower crane under random variation of wind load, etc. These load seriousinfluence on fatigue life of tower crane. Through investigation and analysis of severalaccidents, found that the fatigue damage is the main reason for the failure of tower cranemetal structure.This paper Uses the finite element analysis of stress distribution and stressconcentration of the towers are the typical working conditions, find out the fatigue riskarea?Find out the fatigue risk area; With ADAMS simulation to obtain the towers aredangerous parts of the load-time history curve and data?Combined with the researchcondition of proportion, extend to obtain load spectrum; Check the s-n curve of materialfatigue test, and through the correct other response parameters?Corrected s-n curve;Finally on the basis of the theory of linear accumulation of fatigue damage Miner life ofthe tower is calculated. Paper's main work is as follows:1) The brief development course of large tower crane development direction andfatigue theory, fatigue analysis steps-flow chart is given.2) Tower crane is modeled with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, andthe analysis of typical working condition, it is concluded that the stress distribution cloud,find out the stress concentration and large local stress and other dangerous point location.3) According to the working characteristics of tower crane, ADAMS, dynamicssimulation, the four kinds of typical working conditions, get the typical workingcondition of tower crane performance, and get a load-time history curve and data,combined with the four conditions, the proportion of the extension form the final loadspectrum.4) choose appropriate fatigue analysis theory, combined with load spectrum andmaterial performance curve (fix true S-N) curve calculation of fatigue life of towercrane and the result calculated by the finite element fatigue analysis results of towercrane structure lifting ability and the ability to resist fatigue.
