| After the container completed its mission, there are always two ways to handlethem. One is to recycle them and melt them into steel, the other one is to make useof them in buildings. For the first way, it may cause environmental pollution.However, the second way is a method which will not only bring no pollution to theenvironment, but also will turn waste into treasure. As the container house is a kindof architectural form which is safe, modularization and environmentally friendly, itwill have a promising prospect of application and spreading. So far, the containerhouse has been used in many aspects in foreign countries, but it is still in the phaseof beginning in our nation. Therefore, it is necessary to do some research oncontainer structure. The main contents are as follows.By theoretical analysis, the deformation of containers under horizontalconcentrated force is obtained and it is proved that the local deformation is muchlarger than the overall deformation. Based on this analysis and principle of virtualwork and reasonable assumption on stress distribution, the deformation formula of asingle container under horizontal concentrated force is obtained when the base beamis fixed or not. Through the deformation compatibility conditions, the deformationformula of a single-layer multi-span container structure under horizontalconcentrated force is obtained. Through the deformation compatibility conditionsand analysis of deformation regulation, the deformation formula of a multi-layersingle-span container structure under horizontal concentrated force is obtained.Through the force distribution principle, the deformation compatibility conditionsand the displacement superimposed, the deformation formula of a multi-layermulti-span container structure under horizontal concentrated force is obtained.Non-linear finite element software is used to establish container house modelsto prove the accuracy of the formula obtained above. Through the comparison offinite element method and the theoretical results, it proves that the formula deducedis accurate for engineering design and can be used as a reference of the specificationof container buildings.A kind of welded joint is designed by calculating its ultimate bearing capacityaccording to the failure principle of composite beam. At the same time, the bearing capacity of another type of joint is calculated.This paper does some research on the mechanical property of containerstructure under high temperature and gave some suggestions on where to paint fireretardant coating. Firstly, using FDS to establish container model and proper roomfire scene, then the room temperature rising curve is obtained. Then take thestandard heating curve and the real room temperature rising curve into finiteelement software to do some analysis on heat transfer. In this step, the temperaturefield is obtained. At last, the thermal-structure coupling analysis is carried out for asix-layer container structure under longitudinal and lateral wind load separately.This paper puts forward a kind of sliding isolation structure which allowssliding in every floor. And the seismic isolation effect of this structure type isverified. Firstly, the relation between frictional coefficient and damping coefficientis established, and the equivalent damping ratio of sliding isolation structure isobtained. Then, the seismic response of three types of structure is analyzed. Thethree types of structure includes the non-isolation structure under the damping ratiosuggested in code, the non-isolation structure under the calculated equivalentdamping ratio and the sliding isolation structure. |
