With the rapid development of high-speed railway in recent years, train speed is fasterand faster; quality of the dynamic balance of wheelsets directly affects the vehicle safety andrunning quality. Because of assembly relationship between main Driving Wheels and gearbox,gear-box makes driving wheels axis beget transverse vibration and tensional vibration in theprocess of measurement. These factors have some affection on the measurement of dynamicbalance of Driving Wheels. This thesis is devoted to study the impact of dynamic balancevalue of gear-box system for driving wheelsThis paper to CRH2high-speed trains cars driving wheels and gear box for the study, themodel of gearbox and the driving wheels were established by means of Pro/E software, andthe rigid-flexible hybrid dynamics model of high speed cars driving wheels and gear box wasalso estabshed by means of multibody dynamics software ADAMS and finite elementsoftware ANSYS. The lateral vibration and torsional vibration characteristics of system wheelspindle were simulated analysis. The main conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1) Extensive literature search on the current status of wheel on dynamic balance at homeand abroad and gear box systems on spindle vibration.(2) Based on CRH2cars actual model size, the analysis model of the driving wheels,gears, gear boxes, bearings, and end caps were established. And then based on their locationthey were assembled. By the port of Pro/E and ADAMS, the built three dimensional models atPro/E were imported ADAMS. According to the actual movement situation of parts, theywere imposed motion.(3) On the complex structure of the driving wheels, they should flexi bled by usingANSYS. The rigid-flexible hybrid dynamics model of high speed cars driving wheels andgear box was estabshed. The lateral vibration and tensional vibration characteristics of systemwheel spindle were simulated analysis.(4) Through simulation some modal characteristics can be got under a variety ofconditions, such as natural frequency, vibration mode. Then We made analysis of forcedvibration and studied on forced vibration response characteristics of a variety of vibration. Bythe simulations mentioned above, the gear-box system has affection on spindle vibration inthis paper; it has great significance on the measurement of the dynamic balance of drivingwheels, and provides reference for how to overcome the affection of dynamic balancegear-box for driving wheels.
