ABSTRACT:More and more high-speed machinery has been developed for increasing productivity and efficiency. For such reason, the inertia of the machinery brings about an increase of shaking forces and noise which have a bad effect on machine performance and lifetime. In order to adapt to the feature of high speed, precision and light in the modern machinery development, and improve the dynamic performance of machinery, balancing of machinery is more and more important and much attention has been paid to the problem, and many effective balancing methods has been achieved. However, some room for improvements of balancing is still existed. From the research of the balance method, active balance by adding control system is put forward. At the same time, a new balancer integrated with active balancer and speed reducer is designed.First, the concept design of two-DOF differential gear train based on adjacency matrix and graph representation is carried out. A2K-H differential gear train is selected as research object. The selection principle is proposed. Then, taking one-DOF rigid body balance as the goal, the kinematics and dynamics analysis of active balancing speed reducer has been studied. Based on the results, the effects of the active balancing speed reducer in improving the mechanical power performance and the feasibility of balance were verified by analysis and optimization design of structure and control parameters. Finally, active balancing speed reducer test bench is designed, including the selection and design processing of main components. In addition, the control system is designed, and the subsequent experiment schemes are proposed. This paper will provide theoretical and design foundations of the research and developments on the new method of dynamic balance.
