Contactless power supply is a new technology that integrating modern power electronics,electromagnetic coupling technology and modern control theory. It implements a mechanicalseparation between the power supply equipment and electricity load and overcomes the deficienciesof the traditional power supply technology. Contactless power supply has broad application prospectsin the field of logistics automation. According to the characteristics of load change in the secondaryside of contactless power supply system, the adaptive technology in the primary side of contactlesspower supply system is researched in this paper.Firstly, considering the impact on the primary circuit caused by the reflected impedance of thepickup electrical compensation circuit, the dynamic load performance of contactless power supplysystem is analyzed in the paper. To establish the system circuit model, the LCL compensationtopology of primary loop and the series and parallel compensation topology of secondary loop areresearched. Secondly, the influence that constant current of system primary side bring to the stabilityof the pick-up output is analyzed, according to the current adaptive capacity. And a method combiningthe LCL compensation topology and the phase-shift PWM control is proposed. Simulations verify thevalidity of the method.Then, according to the system frequency stability, a method that adds dynamic tuning elementsof the phased controlled inductor to the LCL compensation topology is proposed to ensure that thesystem natural resonant frequency is the same with the fixed control frequency. The differentreflection impedance are simulated and analyzed with Simulink model. Finally, based on the platformof rail-guided vehicle, a system rectifier circuit, a high frequency inverter circuit, a control circuit, anisolation driver circuit and a LCL compensation circuit are developed. Experimental verification andanalysis of the load adaptive technology are carried out.
