With a large number of handheld devices, industrial equipment and universal development of wireless sensor networks, these devices provide us with feature-rich, but also limited by the size of the battery size and capacity. New energy solutions-the non-contact power transmission (Contactless Power Supply, referred to as CPS) in said apparatus to provide a new power supply. In this paper, several key technologies for non-contact power transmission technology research, and set up the system to be verified, the CPS system design has some practical value.This paper first introduces the basic working principle of the CPS system, analysis the CPS system separable transformer with traditional transformer difference. Low defect for the detachable transformer leakage inductance larger and coupling coefficient proposed bilateral resonant compensation methods to improve the transmission efficiency of the system. Matlab based on a detailed analysis of the CPS system is sub-quality factor Qs and the coupling coefficient k for the four different compensation structure, the voltage gain, current gain, and efficiency of the system.Followed by a spiral PCB as primary and secondary windings basic structure, design of nine models, under the conditions of the simulation parameters, first, the secondary inner diameter is11mm to obtain the maximum coupling coefficient k=0.85719, verify that the coil inside diameter close to the outer diameter of1/2, the highest coupling coefficient. The initial and secondary coil excitation mode and overlay mode is applied to expand the research. Then the the frequency bifurcation analysis, primary impedance by determining the angle to calculate the the four compensation structure frequency bifurcation of critical value. Finally, according to the theoretical analysis of the above structures the the basic CPS system, verify that the resonance compensation capacitor can effectively improve the transmission efficiency of the CPS system, and when the load changes need to change the resonant frequency in a timely manner to improve the transmission efficiency.Carry out research work from these three aspects of the resonance compensation circuit, separable transformer structure selection and frequency bifurcation threshold parameters provide a theoretical basis for the CPS system design.
