The Research Of Chinese Maritime Infrastructure Constiuction Project Management

Marine’s development is inseparable from the construction, theconstruction is the basis of the maritime development, it is the socialprotection of service capabilities. China Marine management hasimproved continuously in recent years. Maritime construction investmentcontinues to increase, so we need to further improve and strengthen themaritime infrastructure project management work.Maritime infrastructure projects have many characteristics, such asmass, multi-type, complex structure and influencing factors. Has its ownunique requirement in construction mode selection, project investment,technology innovation and development. Thesis analysis on China’smaritime infrastructure project management, the purpose is to improvethe construction of maritime infrastructure project management system.Ensure maritime construction plan and project quality implementation,improve the level of construction and investment benefits. Based on this purpose, we integrated use of the public management science and othermulti-disciplinary theories and methods, through case comparison andanalysis, study of Chinese maritime infrastructure project managementissues.Based on the research of the China maritime infrastructure projectmanagement, papers on the study of the maritime infrastructure after thebasic concepts and concrete contents, and then analyzed on foreignmaritime infrastructure. Found in the existing in the construction ofmaritime infrastructure problems and the insufficiency, aiming at problemof maritime infrastructure construction project management in ourcountry puts forward positive Suggestions. Realize smoothly the purposeof promoting China’s maritime infrastructure work; achieve the goal of inline with international standards.
