In this paper, the partial differential equations for the high isolated bending shear beammodel with an equal cross-section and a variable cross-section are established. By using thefirst mode expansion, the partial differential equations of the infinite degrees of freedom ofthe continuous system are converted into multi-degree-of-freedom equations of motion of adiscrete system. By using the real space, the equations are decoupled into a series ofsingle-degree-of-freedom equations of motion. Due to the highly non-classical characteristicsand non-ignorable higher modes of the isolated bending shear beam model with an equalcross-section and a variable cross-section, using the asymmetric and non-classical structuralequations of motion expanded by multiple modes and the real-space decoupling, the structuralseismic response analytical expression is obtained, and the original multi-degree-of-freedomisolated bending shear beam structure is broken down into a series of equivalent single degreeof freedom system. The relative ground displacement of isolation layer and superstructure shear function arewritten in a unified expression. By using the random vibration theory, the analyticalexpressions of random response variance of the structure displacement and shear randomresponse variance are broken down into a linear combination of the displacement and velocityrandom response variances of a series of standard oscillators, so that the problem is resolved; Finally, by using the corresponding relationship between the maximum response and responsespectra of a series of standard oscillators, the analytic method for the maximum response ofthe displacement and shear and their equivalent static earthquake value of isolation bendingshear beam model with an equal cross-section and a variable cross-section based on theacceleration response spectrum of the seismic code, so that the complete analytical solutionfor the real-space decoupling and response spectrum-based earthquake value of isolatedbending shear beam model with an equal cross-section and a variable cross-sectionconsidering higher modes is established. Meanwhile, the proposed method is fully applicableto the random wind-induced response and equivalent static wind load values of building underthe passive control. Finally, the analytical solution of non-classical damping structure underpassive control based on the real-space decoupling method and its equivalent earthquakevaluehas been fully resolved.
