In the flexible pavement system, the permanent deformation of asphalt mixture (rut)is some of the most important types of damage. Asphalt pavement rutting not onlyaffects the pavement quality and service life, but also does harm to the safety ofvehicles. Reasonable prediction of asphalt mixture rutting is very important for guidingdesign and construction of asphalt pavement in China, and can be used as a referencefor pavement maintenance and repair. At home and abroad, a lot of research onpermanent deformation of asphalt pavement has been done, research on semi-rigid basepavement structure is more, but study on flexible base pavement is relatively less.The thesis summarizes the rutting of asphalt pavement at home and abroad on thebasis of prediction method, combining two kinds of Flexible Base Pavement TypicalStructure Based on the project of Inner Mongolia area, to simulate the rutting nonlinearnumerical using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software. Select AC-13, AC-16,AC-20and ATB-30of four different types of asphalt mixture, using static pressuremolding specimens are carried out at different temperatures (20℃,30℃,40℃,50℃,60℃) under the conditions of uniaxial static load test, data processing and regressionanalysis, AC-13, AC-16, AC-20and ATB-30creep parameters, and obtain the elasticparameters by the compressive resilient modulus test, so as to determine the temperaturerutting simulation model and parameter calculation, and through the indoor ultravioletenvironment simulation test of asphalt pavement under ultraviolet light, is a permanentdeformation numerical simulation. According to the calculation of different speeds (80km/h,120km/h), differentload (100KN,160KN), different loading times (100000axle load to24000000load)rutting depth of the pavement structure under vehicle rut depth based on the project indifferent traffic normal life of15years every year, can provide a reference for inpractical engineering, the asphalt pavement rutting prediction reaches the critical repairor destruction of the opportunity, timely warning to the asphalt pavement maintenanceand repair time, convenient maintenance and management department to take timelymeasures such as detailed field detection, mastery of asphalt pavement rutting.
