Evaluation Research Of Shaanxi Province Rural Garbage Disposal Facilities Select

The garbage problem is the focus of the research today, especially in theconstruction of waste treatment facilities. In response to the call of the new ruralconstruction, and to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of waste treatmentfacilities, this paper has done some research on the construction of treatment facilities ofrural living garbage problem, to provide decisions for the construction of the localgovernment, which has certain practical significance.In this paper, by looking for the relationship between the count of the trash and theconsumption level of the residents, using Nonlinear curve to predict the amount ofwaste generated which in rural Shaanxi province from2002to2011,the according to theprediction results using GM(1,1) grey prediction model to estimate the amount of wastein2012after five years, finally, through the extension evaluation based on unascertainedrational number to evaluate the garbage disposal method, and according to theevaluation results to select the waste treatment facilities.The research results of the thesis are as follows:(1) Through the research on the rural infrastructure current situation in Shaanxiprovince, found that the lack of waste disposal facilities, the research direction isdetermined, and cleared the significance about the rural waste disposal optionscomprehensive evaluation. The construction of treatment options and garbage treatmentfacilities in rural garbage closely connected.(2) Through the analysis on the present situation of rural waste in Shaanxi Province,established the amount of garbage generated model to predict garbage output, found thenecessity of construction of facilities for treating garbage. (3) Established the extension evaluation system, selected the Shaanxi provincerural garbage disposal methods, comprehensive treatment of final waste is optimal, andshould strengthen the construction of waste treatment facilities. The evaluation resultsfor the guidance of Shaanxi province rural living garbage disposal and thecorresponding garbage disposal infrastructure construction has certain significance.(4) Proposed the appropriate management measures and policy recommendations,the management and policy suggestions have certain guiding significance for guidingthe Shaanxi province rural and similar to the rural areas of Shaanxi province.
