Evaluation Of Appropriate Technology Researches On Rural Manure Infrastructure Of Shaanxi Province

Through inves tiga ting on-site in 31 vi llage s of S haanxi t hree area of construction about waste treatment facil ities for two ti mes successively, found that although the rural wat er supply and toilet renovation policy becomes more and more popular, but our province rural waste treatment facilit ies are still have some problems, such as shortage of funds, lack of reasona ble selection of technical gui dance, improper managem ent and so on,it leads to the ecological environment is polluted seriously. While rural t oilet shoul d be planned and renovated uniformity and well co-ordinated, to reduce the waste and losses caused by the repeated construction, the wrong choice processing mode and the irregular constructi on. So it is necessar y to study the Selection of rural waste treatment facilities construct ion technology sys tematically.This thes is take s Shaanxi rural waste treatment infrast ructure as the re search object,based on circular econom y theory as the research foundation, to appropriate technology as the resea rch point to combined qualitative and, quant itative analys is theory and qualitative anal ysis model as the pri mary research tools.1. Based on the analys is of Shaanxi province rural waste treat ment infrastruct ure investi gati on resul ts, summarize the status and problem sin economy, technology,environment, management of rural waste treatment facilities at the present stage.2. Referring to relevant research on both domest ic and overseas m aterial,sum marizes the main mode of rural manure treatment, and analys is of its application.3. Leading into appropriate technology theory, and ex tending t he concept,resea rching the bonding point of the appropriat e technol ogy theory and this study. Forappropriate technology of the two-way choice between “technology” and “technology environment ”, to get the selecti on way of rural wast e treat ment technology.4. It is direct ed the problems in capital and technology, environment, management of rural waste treatment, combi ned with the applicati on of t echnology for economy,environment, society and technology four target attribute, established applicability analys is index system of rural waste treat ment facilities, by using unascertained rational num ber to determine the index weight, and the matter-element model to analyse the rank of the various alternative was te treatment fac il ities, so as to determine the applicable technology.5. Basic on the above t heory, from the “technology environment” select“technology” lead into cases 1, namely Shaanx i Shuanghe village toilets as an example,using the mat ter-element model for the various alternative preferred waste treatment facilities, to determ ine appropriate technology match of the local demand characte ristics;from the “technology” select “ technology environmental” lead int o cases 2, acc ording to the anal ysis of research result s of typica l Shaanxi county in the three regions as the research area, taking the manure treatment facil ities of “Toilet-Fowlery- Biogas pool”as t he resear chobject, getting the regional applicability technology by a reverse analys is,and analyze the results of the evaluation.
