The coal transport trestle as a connection channel is widely used in large andmedium-sized coal enterprises, which plays an important role in the whole manufacturingprocess. With the fierce competition, the coal transport trestle span will become larger. Inpursuit of higher yields, many large and medium-sized coal enterprises choose to useforeign advanced high-power production equipment, but the trestle can hardly solve thevibration problem which is caused by the equipment operation. The vibration problems inlarge-span coal transport trestle can not only reduce the occupant comfort、cause peopleserious harm, but also have pernicious effect for structure. Along with the structure agingand dynamics property change, things go badly, which even causes enormous life andproperty loss.A large-span coal transport trestle in Hongliulin mining company is chose as a subjectfor this study by static analysis、dynamic analysis and dynamic properties testing forstructure, find the vibration safety evaluation for trestle structure and the vibration controlstrategy.In the static analysis, counted the pole stress and node displacement in differentlarge-span steel truss and find the control sections. Explain the general deflection controlmethod of large-span steel truss, then obtained the best project through combing designprinciples including security、applicability and economy.In the dynamic characteristics analysis, established a three-dimensional FEM modelfor trestle and simplify the structure. Considering the influence from adjacent steel andsteel on structure, through modal analysis to obtain vibration information of each order,including vibration type、frequency and modal participating mass ratio of each order. By comparing the modal parameters between different span trestles and the modal parametersbetween different order types of vibration modal in the same span trestle, can get thedynamic characteristics and main influence factors of the trestle.In the dynamic performance tests, mainly tested the dynamic response and dynamiccharacteristics of the structure under different operation conditions. Through the dynamicresponse analysis, not only obtain the response amplitude under different operationconditions, but also can judge the excitation characteristics under different operationconditions indirectly. Get the experimental values of structure dynamic characteristics, andthen analysis the main factors which caused the different between calculated values.At last, in allusion to effects of vibration on the human body and architecture,Combing with the vibration safety evaluation standard and results of structural vibrationanalysis can evaluate the vibration safety of large-span trestle.In order to alleviate the vibration problem which caused by conveyor belt system, putforward a corresponding control strategy to provide reference for vibration control inexisting large-span trestle or structural design in a new large-span trestle to be built.
