Found in many earthquakes, the minority of masonry structure building is designedaccording to the specifications, under the action of the rarely met earthquake is difficult toguarantee not to collapse. Although scholars at home and abroad on building seismic andisolation problem for a lot of experimental study and theoretical analysis, but mostlyconcentrated in the high-rise,super high-rise structure, low construction of villages and townsof isolation seismic research is less. So, develop rural low-rise masonry buildings anti-seismictechnology research to improve the seismic performance, and improve the ability of ruralhouses to resist earthquake disasters is a very meaningful work.Traditional laminated plate rubber bearing isolation technology can enhance the seismicperformance of the building, structure houses in the world has stood the test of earthquake,has proved remarkable isolation damping effect. But the traditional laminated plate rubberisolation bearing weight is large, complex production process, high cost, it is difficult to usedhomes in villages and towns. In this paper, we study a kind of suitable for rural low-risemasonry buildings rubber isolation technology, according to the characteristics of the ruralhouse, small rubber vibration isolation cushion adopted by the specification, the designstandards than the average of the rubber mat used in design standard is low, light weight, lowcost, good performance, convenient installation, transportation and construction are easilyaccepted by rural residents, easy to promote.Based on the structure of rural masonry residential rubber isolation technology researchas the foundation, mainly carried out the research work:1) rural masonry structure of rubberisolator for pseudo dynamic test study, the test results show that the vibration isolation effectis good, and can be popularized to rural masonry residential use;2) for rural masonryresidential isolation structure design, according to the characteristics of the rural house, everydetail of base-isolated building structure design, provides the user with a variety ofconstruction plan. Provide technical support for the popularization and application of the technology, at the same time provide rural masonry structure isolation procedures for basicdata;3) on the isolated house construction, the installation of isolation bearings, check that theobservation equipment, replacement, pipeline construction and isolation measures in aspectsof housing maintenance carries on the preliminary discussion, for masonry residential villagerubber isolation technology to offer reference to the practice application. Finally, the papermade a simple summary of the research, and points out the direction of further study and workneeds to be completed. |
