With the deepening of the design theory and the development of the constructionmethods, especially with the application of the high strength prestressed materials and largedeformation joints, prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is advancing towardmulti-span and long associated. In the operation process of the girder bridge, constant loadand live load, creep and shrinkage of concrete and prestress loss and other factors have greatinfluence on the beam into bridge internal force and deformation. The paper rely on the Mian Bridge of Shi-gu Mountain continuous beam bridge as theengineering background, consulted a large number of the domestic and foreign relevant data.Sum up the multi-span continuous beam bridge force characteristics and the home and abroaddevelopment status of prestressed concrete continuous bridge. All kinds of factors on theeffect of continuous beam bridge deformation and stress were systematicallyintroduced. Through to the Baoji Shi-gu mountain continuous beam bridge operationmonitoring, different period of stress and deformation was measured. Long-term monitoringof the operational phase of multi-span continuous beam bridge is performed. In the end, thefinite element model of real bridge was built. To study and analyze the influence factors ofcontinuous beam bridge deformation and stress, and the pedestrian load was analyzed. Finally, the study results has been applied in the operation control of this bridge.
