With the continuous development of social civilization, people are increasingly payingattention to engineering construction speed、quality and construction environment and otherproblems. In construction process of highway tunnel that surrounding rock is soft and broken,how to follow tunnel face to close surrounding rock as soon as possible, how to bring thefunction of supporting structure into play and get through soft and broken quickly and safely,is the key to safeguard construction proceeding smoothly. The current tunnel construction isslow and labour-intensive, and the construction environment is very bad and so on. Butprefabricated tunnel lining has its unique advantages in soft and broken surrounding rock. It isvery necessary to study mechanical properties of prefabricated highway tunnel lining.In this paper, first of all, according to the design method and the research results ofhighway tunnel and shield tunnel at home and abroad,the mechanical calculation model oftunnel and underground structure design is introduced, and the calculation method used in thisarticle is determined.Secondly, based on the construction standards of two lane highway tunnel throughnumerical simulation and comparative analysis of stress and deformation of lining thicknessof40cm,45cm and50cm,45cm is identified as the reasonable program of assembled liningof highway tunnel.Thirdly, according to the component divided principle of comprehensive consideringfactors such as structure stress and optimizeing configuration of component installation andtransportation, the five primary partition plan of component is put forward. The scheme2isdetermined as the best scheme for dividing by comparison with structural characteristics.Finally, based on the recommended scheme of the lining component, the variationregularity of deformation and internal force of tunnel lining structure is analysed anddiscussed along with the change of bending stiffness of spring and elastic resistancecoefficient of surrounding rock and width conditions of component,proving the reliability ofprefabricated lining structure of highway tunnel.
