| Along the rapid growth in the growing car ownership, car repair industry will get immense market potential, but there are many problems in the field, such as shortage of consciousness in quality control, weak system implementing, and generally lowquality of personnel and so on. This thesis is about the study of quality managementin automobile-maintenance industry, discussing what the quality management system forautomobile-maintenance industry is and how to implement the quality management system for automobile-maintenance industry from the view of administrating department.The thesis aims to resolve the problem above and promote quality management of automobile-maintenance.The author has carried out collection, comparison and analysis on the research achievements of foreign and domestic industry association. Based on subject survey andresearch on automobile-maintenance industry in Shan xi province, this thesis analyzes influencing factor, current situation and existing problems in the automobile-maintenance industry. Referring to the basic principle of ISO9000, the paper build quality management system and try to explain the main management points from the aspect of automobile-maintenance service implement, resource management, management duty, andautomobile-maintenance quality control.There are some strategies in the paper against existing problems in the procedureof implementing quality management system. At the administrating department level, the author expound various implementing arrangement, including the legal system construction, the security system construction, the external environment optimization, promoting quality management system certification, quality management evaluation. |
