Study On The Total Quality Management System Of Landscape Project

In recent years, the rapid development of China’s economic not only lead to theconstruction industry booming, but also for the construction and installation enterprises agood development opportunity. However, construction are different from otherindustries,the quality of Engineered Products related to the effect of corporate investmentand profits, at the same time affects people’s lives and vital interests. The consequences thatpoor quality of engineering products brought about are often large than other products. Thelandscape works as one of the construction project also has an important impact. Thus, moreand more people attach importance to the landscape works quality. In this context, in orderto seize this good opportunities,the construction and installation companies must strive toimprove the quality of engineering products by use of scientific, rational, standardizedmethod.This paper uses the method of combining theory and practice to discuss the quality ofHill Wenjing Building Project. First, the paper briefly introduced the concepts of qualityand quality management, and then proposed a quality management process, qualityplanning, quality control, implementation of quality assurance, quality improvement.Finally, this paper builds up a comprehensive quality control system of the use of HillWenjing Building Project which guarantees the excellent project quality and efficientscientific project management by using the above theory.
