| With the increase of the number of automobiles, the road traffic accidents increase yearby year, which causes grave losses of the life and the property. The one important factorcaused by road traffic accidents is that the safe operation and technical conditions of the vehic-le does not meet the relevant requirements. How to conduct the security technical inspection-s securitely and strictly is the core problem to ensure the v-ehicle in good condition to reducehidden troubles for road accidents. Based on the existing vehicle safety performance test line,a vehicle safety performance detecting system with data reporting function is developed, it isproeved to be reliable.In this paper, firstly, the network equipments of the enterprise information network areadopted to connect several equipments for controlling and testing. Secondly, the networkcommunication platform is established using the TCP/IP technology. finally the vehicle safetyperformance testing and data report system is developed based on the above work. Thehardware equipment selection of the system and the main hardware control circuit aredesigned in detail in this paper. Besides that, the measure/control and report software aredesigned and developed using the C/S structure.The system consists of the informationservice subsystem of the service hall, the dynamic inspection subsystem for the vehicleoutside the line, the automatic measure and control subsystem for the inline vehicle based onthe distributed computer network, and the vehicle safety performance testing data reportsubsystem. Lots of functions are designed and implemented, such as query and entry for theunder inspecting vehicle online, automatic testing the uniqueness of the inspection vehicleand the chassis, distributed automatic testing in line, testing the beat and testing data reportand so on.Testing results indicate that the system can test the safety performance for the vehiclestably and reliably, and then it plays a regulatory role for standardization operation of vehicleinspection stations. |
