Automobile Comprehensive Performance Automatic Test And Control System

The domestic auto-comprehensive function test presently is conducted only manually or semi-automatically and therefore the automatic test has become a common concern of enterprises and research institutes relevant to the auto-test equipment development.The main aim of this thesis is to use modern electronic technology,computers as well as its joint-net communication intelligent system to design and construct an intelligentized auto-comprehensive function automatic test and control system,which is applied with Windows 2000 net communication technology,the graded distribution controlling technology,the regulation and acquisition technologies of sensor signal,the anti-interference technology and block designing theory etc.The system is composed of server,network switching,appling section , test section LED indicator , signal acquisition section , testing and controlling section and signal processing section etc. Each section has its test module and itself's controlling system such as signal's acquision and processing,action controlling and display output. They are connected with each other by network and form an auto-testing module which is controlled by computer network.Therefore,an intact auto-testing system is formed.Based on the compareing of different testing and controlling schemes , the paper brings forward the grade distributing auto-testing and controlling scheme of computer network and gives a detailed study to the general system structure , working principles and the actual soft and hardware designing methods. The acquisition , analysis and process of data and the measure of process controlling are also discussed detailly here.Through the study of the paper, a new controlling mode for the national auto-comprehensive function test is offered and so this research has an important academic and practical significance to the realization of a complete automatic computer network test on the auto safety,economy,dynamics,reliability,etc.
