With the constant improvement of the level of national economy in our country, theconstruction industry continues to move forward steadily. Requirements of modernarchitecture to the building electrical design is also more and more high, consider morepeople-oriented, developing real comfort, higher construction quality, energy-saving andenvironment-friendly construction. Reasonable to save energy and improve energy utilizationis an important factor for the sustainable development of China’s economy. The constructionof China’s energy waste is very serious, whether it is air-conditioning system, lighting system,electric equipment, there is a huge potential for energy-saving. The electrical energyconsumption is a major part of building energy consumption, so the key of building energysaving in building electrical energy. Consttruction electricityAiming at each link of building electrical system, energy analysis, the four main energyconsumption link in the system of power transformers, power cables, motors, lighting andother as research focus, research objective is to enable the construction of electrical fully meetthe prerequisite requirements, can improve the building work, as far as possible to reduceenergy consumption, improve energy utilization rate.The main contents of this paper include: electrical energy saving: the supply voltageregulation and change the user of electricity means to achieve the purpose of energy saving;rational design of power supply and distribution system: according to the load, power supplyand distribution of distance, the characteristics of electrical equipment and other factors ofrational design of power supply and distribution system, reduce the harmonic, improve systempower factor, improving the three-phase unbalanced, make the system as simple as possibleand reliable, convenient operation; transformer energy efficiency: Based on the analysis ofenergy efficiency indicators, the transformer power loss of the transformer, the selection isdiscussed, analyzes the economic operation mode of distribution transformer selection andenergy-saving; energy-saving motor: from the perspective of efficiency and power factor of motor to improve the analysis, selection and control mode of the motor, the study on energysaving measures it; energy-saving lighting system: to meet the illumination, color temperature,color index and related technology The premise parameters requirements, do choose efficientlight source, high efficiency lighting and accessories, improve lighting efficiency, areasonable choice of lighting scheme, optimization of intelligent lighting control system.
