Research On The Application Of Internet Of Things Technology In Building Management System

Nowadays，the industry of Internet of Things（IOT） in China has developed rapidly，and their application areas are related to the construction，transportation and other industries.The combination of IOT and Intelligent Building helps to improve the level of IntelligentBuilding，optimize the architecture of the Intelligent Building，and increase function andapplication services of Intelligent Building. As an important part of Intelligent Building，Building Management System with IOT technology not only can improve the operatingefficiency of the equipments and the level of service management，prolong the life ofequipment，reduce equipment maintenance costs and building energy consumption，but alsocan achieve remote monitoring and management of construction equipments，thus，it providesmore convenient ways and methods to working and supervising.Start with the existing Building Management System of Intelligent Building，this paperstudies the access of IOT platform and the original data，which is generated by BuildingManagement System. This paper has completed the application of IOT in BuildingManagement System and the elevator remote monitoring system，by unifying the interfacestandard of subsystem of Building Management System.First，introduce the application status and development trend of Building ManagementSystem，and analyze the importance of the Internet of Things technology in monitoringconstruction equipments.Secondly，study the application needs of the Internet of Things technology in BuildingManagement System by analyzing the architecture of IOT.Third，complete the data access of IOT platform and Building Management System bythe M2M technology，which is widely used as application mode of IOT.Fourth，study the remote monitoring of Building Management System based on the“Feeling”platform，and design the elevator remote monitoring system for specific projects，which is one of the subsystems of Building Management System，and achieve the purpose ofremote monitoring of construction equipments and a variety of application services.Finally，summarize the work of this paper，and pointed out that the further application ofthe Internet of Things technology in Building Management System.
