| As the development of electronic technology, computer technology, auto control technology and network communication technology, the society is more and more informationalized, traditional buildings cannot provide people with a green, smart and comfortable working and living environment. The intelligent building has become the inevitable developing trend of modern buildings.According to the above requirements, in this paper, the building management experience and development trend at home and abroad are made in-depth study. Combined with the technology and application characteristics of the key technology of Internet of things-wireless sensor network, a kind of intelligent building management platform based on Internet of things is designed. The main purpose of this platform is to solve the problems of current building management system, such as relatively isolated between subsystems, lack of system linkage, not easy to transform and extend. And provide a unified management and operational platform for modern buildings, also a comfortable, safe, green, smart living and working environment for people.This paper studies the development, current problems and new requirements of the intelligent building, as well as the concept, characteristics and application of wireless sensor network. Then, a three layer intelligent building management platform based on the Internet of things is proposed, which include infrastructure layer, common platform layer and smart application layer. At the infrastructure layer, the main focus is the selection on the network mode, communication protocol and routing protocol of the wireless sensor network. It defines standardization of data format and data service interface of the platform at the common platform layer. At the smart application layer, the essential data management application and the alarm management application are designed and implemented. Finally, the system functions and operation results are demonstrated by examples, so to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the platform. |
